Stage 1: Prototype (Jan–Mar 2026)
We begin by developing an AI‑powered prototype and business dashboard. This early version showcases automated data ingestion, capability classification and intuitive visualisation. Goal: Demonstrate core functionality and secure stakeholder buy‑in for formal validation.
Stage 2: Customer Validation (Sep–Oct 2026)
The prototype undergoes intensive testing with our three core user groups: policy, industry and research. Their feedback directly informs the product roadmap. Goal: Confirm market needs and refine the feature set before MVP development.
Stage 3: MVP (Nov–Dec 2026)
We release a limited‑functionality Minimum Viable Product and test the platform in a live environment with a small but diverse user base. Goal: Validate performance and usability in real-world conditions.
Stage 4: Launch & Scale (Jan 2027)
The full public launch delivers an enterprise‑grade AI dashboard across the region, tailored for government and industry stakeholders. Goal: Drive rapid adoption and establish the platform as a trusted capability intelligence engine.
